At Google, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it within 15 calendar days of receiving it for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start your return

  Go to your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to initiate the request.

• 2.
  Print your label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and ship

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
